The surgery telephone lines continue to be exceptionally busy, as we are triaging all patients by phone and there are increased numbers of patients trying to get through. In addition, we are contacting many patients by phone to arrange Covid vaccination. Please bear with us as the staff are working at full capacity answering and making telephone calls.
