The practice now provides advice sessions for carers, run by Belfast Carers' Centre.  You can be given:
Advice and information on services you may be able to receive
Advice on benefits to which you may be entitled
Access to carer bursaries
The chance to meet other carers
A home visit if required
A free, friendly and confidential service
PLEASE ASK FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN THE SURGERY OR FOR SOMEONE TO CALL TO YOUR HOME
